We’re at Intervention, but we’re actually not a part of the artist’s alley or the guests (mainly because we didn’t sign up in time…..  ^_^;;;;)  Instead, we’re helping the folks from Anime USA out at their table, so we’ll be there off and on.  So if you’re there, swing by and say hi to us and maybe pre-reg for AUSA!

My friends over at Hand Turkey Studios are looking for an intern!

Hand Turkey Studios is looking for a part-time intern for the fall of 2011. This position will be responsible for working with and assisting on real-world projects that utilize 3D computer graphics. Applicants should have moderate to good skills in 3D modeling, UV unwrapping, and texturing. Preferred software competencies are in Blender, GIMP, and Inkscape. Programming experience (particularly in Python) is a big plus.

One of my friends, Liz Staley, is now setting pre-orders for the first tankoban for her webmanga, Adrastus!  Now is the time to order.  I also hear rumors that she’ll be autographing pre-orders, but you didn’t hear that from me.
